Invoice management
Invoicing has become recognised as perhaps the most important method of communication between the Service Providers and the customer.

Indeed for many customers, the invoice is their only regular contact with a Service Provider. Therefore an invoice is a marketing tool which can be used to target specific segments of the customer base to upsell new services.

TeleCARE supports configurable invoice template generation. Templates can be associated to customer groups or to individual customers (for example a large business customer could have their own logo opposite the Service Providers logo).
The invoice can be configured to be made available in various forms for example:
   • Fax
   • Email
   • Internet

Invoice Messages are a powerful sales channel to the customer. Targeting is all-important and so messages can be configured on the following criteria:
   • Global
       - Sent to all customers on all invoices
   • Customer Specific
       - Sent to a specific, targeted customer (e.g. a large business)
   • Promotion Specific
       - Sent to a customer who has subscribed to a certain promotion
   • Product Specific
       - Sent to a customer who has subscribed to a certain Product
   • Reseller Specific
       - Sent to a customer who takes service via a specific reseller
   • Point Of Sale Specific
       - Sent to a customer who takes service via a specific Point of Sale
   • Usage Profile Specific
       - Sent to a customer with a certain Usage Profile

Typical Invoice layout will consist of the following entities:
   • Logo
   • Previous Account Balance
   • All billable calls/adjustments/events
   • Discounts (schemes, amounts, reasons)
   • Account Payment Details
   • Messages
   • Summary Pages
   • Details Pages
   • Last Payment Details (per invoice / per account)
   • Balance per account
   • Consolidated Balance
