Invoicing has become recognised as perhaps the most important method of communication
between the Service Providers and the customer.
Indeed for many customers, the invoice is their only regular contact with a Service
Provider. Therefore an invoice is a marketing tool which can be used to target
specific segments of the customer base to upsell new services.
TeleCARE supports configurable invoice template generation. Templates can be associated
to customer groups or to individual customers (for example a large business customer
could have their own logo opposite the Service Providers logo).
The invoice can be configured to be made available in various forms for example:

Invoice Messages are a powerful sales channel to the customer. Targeting is all-important
and so messages can be configured on the following criteria:
