QoS (Quality of Service-based billing) for IP Services

Calls / Events rated as a function of IP service level parameters, e.g.

   • Peak / minimum / average bandwidth per session
   • Packet loss
   • Session dropout

The scheme described above is simply an example. Any scheme can be generated using the TeleCARE flexible rules-based rating engine.
