IP Rating Scheme for FTP sessions based on service quality
Using the Rules-based capability it is possible to generate Rating & Billing schemes
which take into account QoS parameters, e.g.
Cost
= (Duration * average bandwidth per session) - (Standard discount factor
* minimum bandwidth per session) - (Service Level Guarantee violation discount
* total packet loss per session)
The
scheme described above is simply an example. Any scheme can be generated using
the TeleCARE flexible rules-based rating engine.
