Generic Provisioning Architecture



TeleCARE supports a configurable provisioning architecture which supports provisioning of complex network services over multiple network platforms and platform types from a user single originated service order. For example:

   • Single service order received from
       - Front office systems (e.g. CRM, Billing) via open API
       - Web-enabled customer self provisioning front end
       - TeleCARE front office applications

   • Is provisioned to multiple network element types in single transaction, e.g.
       - IN platform
       - Switch
       - ISP Directory Servers (LDAP)
       - RADIUS

The key benefit here is that the service provisioning complexity is transparent to the front office applications or users.
